Help the Afghan Children, Inc., (HTACI) is a US-based, grassroots, non-profit, non-partisan organization, dedicated to helping Afghan children. HTACI was established in 1993. Through fund raising activities in the Afghan community in the United States and abroad, HTACI has been able to establish and operate several primary health care clinics, as well as educational and vocational training centers and home-based education programs in Afghanistan.
